It’s Friday and It’s Valentines Day!
Opinions are divided over this often overly commercialised day, but even if it wasn’t love-filled for me personally, I think I would always love Valentines day. It’s the promise of love, isnt it? The excitement and idea of it that’s so thrilling. So hopeful. So euphoric.
This week I am very excited to share an interview with Lucinda Miller - her brilliant learnings about nutrition for body and mind for our children and as they grow has been a real lighthouse for me and I am so excited about her new book, Brain Brilliance. She shares so many great tips in our chat - from the best 5 foods for brain health to easy swaps at home for better family nutrition, supplements for supporting neurodivergence, and for better sleep.
I also share 6 things on my mind (my new ‘The Magic of Flowers’ YouTube series, bonkers, bright ski gear, a new Flower exhibition in London, beautiful notebooks and a book that unpacks the mind/body connection for chronic pain; plus… an easy fun Valentines recipe if you’ve completely forgotten!); and I answer this week’s ‘Ask Me Anything’ question.
Happy Friday! and Happy Happy Valentines Day…

6 things on my mind…
1. The Magic Of Flowers
This week we launched the first episode of a series I’m doing to launch my new YouTube account called ‘The Magic Of Flowers’. Of course it’s called magic - as flowers are simply, magic - whatever the season or reason. But we started with Valentines inspiration - how to elevate supermarket tulips for a beautiful Valentines bouquet. Watch how here… and please do follow along on YouTube for lots more flowery inspiration and ideas to find joy everyday…
2. Flowers At The Saatchi Gallery
This wonderful exhibition, Flowers – Flora In Contemporary Art & Culture opened this week at the Saatchi Gallery and I’m dying to get to London to see it! Has anyone seen it yet? On until the the 5th of May…
3. Bright & Bonkers Ski Gear

My very fabulous sister in law, Sarah Corbett-Winder went skiing last week and as I lived through each of her increasingly brilliant and different outfits, I decided I really need to up my sartorial ski game. I love my Perfect Moment pieces but these mad pieces from Oops Cool really made me do a little dance.
