The only chic & easy cocktail recipes you need this Christmas. Willow's husband Charlie created these for our Supper By Candlelight party and they were very much enjoyed!

Two Cracking Christmas Cocktails by Charlie Crossley 

 
 
Oh My Drunken Clementine
 
12 clementines juiced
6 tsp Campari
1 bottle prosecco, chilled
 
Divide the juice between 6 glasses and add 1 tsp Campari to each. Top up with prosecco.

Marmalade Martini
 
1 x tbsp marmalade
50ml vodka
20ml Cointreau
5ml lemon juice
 
Warm the vodka and infuse the marmalade
Add Cointreau and lemon juice, shake with ice and strain. Serve in martini glasses.
